This was my first time using Rover, so I was definitely a little nervous about leaving Dewey with someone new. Dewey was pretty shy and hid during their meet and greet, so it meant a lot to see how comfortable he became with Raymond over the course of the visits. Raymond was incredibly patient with him, spent time with him, and sent great updates and photos that gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. You could really tell he genuinely cared about Dewey and made an effort to get to know him and make him feel comfortable. I honestly think Dewey probably misses him too lol.. Raymond was also reliable, communicative, and very easy to coordinate with. I’m really glad my first experience with Rover was with him, and I’d absolutely trust him with Dewey again. Highly recommend!

Raymond is one of the best dog sitters out there. If you want someone reliable and caring look no further than Raymond. My pup Drogon is an elderly great Dane with Wobblers Syndrome. He needs special care that Raymond does without question. During his session with Drogon its undeniable that my boy gets the attention and care that he needs whether it be extra pets, talking to him, exercise, water, medication, and cleaning him after he soils himself. I have no doubt that when Raymond comes over to watch him that he will be comfortable and it brings me peace of mind.

Well. We needed to depend on a complete stranger to let themselves in and take care of the dogs. He got in and with the camera timers here less then 15 minuets. I didn’t pay almost $300 for 15 minuets it was 30 minimum. Our back door was left wide open. Our house was bad prior to this Rover sitter but it’s significantly worse now. Directions not followed. Otherwise we are happy and impressed that dogs were at least let out of their kennels.

This is the second time Raymond has petsat my two fur babies—a 46 lb goldendoodle and a 5 lb poodle—and once again, he was absolutely amazing. The first time I was gone for a full week, and when I came home, my dogs were so happy and content I honestly don’t think they even missed me! He walked them regularly, spoiled them with attention, and they were in heaven the entire time. On top of taking such incredible care of my pups, Raymond went above and beyond with my home as well. I returned to a clean, fresh-smelling house—no mess anywhere. He even took care of little things like tidying up and taking out the trash without me ever asking. Zero complaints, just two extremely happy pups who absolutely adore him. I couldn’t recommend Raymond more! The second time was yesterday and he again walked them twice, a total last min. Request and he made it happen! I'm super happy that I found Raymind and booked him! I will continue to use him from now on! I highly recommend him!

Raymond cared for our 150lbs Great Dane German Shepard mix as if she were his own. This is not easy work, especially when she sets her head on your lap wanting to be pet after lapping up a gallon of water. Big jowls = slobber everywhere! Raymond definitely went the extra mile. We live in a high rise in downtown Long Beach so it takes a minute to get up to our apartment; parking is always impossible; and, despite scheduling only 30-minute visits, Raymond still managed to get our Dane downstairs for a walk two, often three times a day, feed her, refresh her water, and send us updates and photos. He even adjusted the A/C at our request, moved a chair out of the way of the way and repositioned our webcam so we could see what our baby girl was up to whenever we felt the need to check in on her. Perhaps the thing I appreciated most, was that he did not take issue with our apartment in its current state of disarray. Thank you so much Raymond!! We'll definitely be returning clients.

Raymond was awesome with my pups! Flexible schedule which helped out immensely. 10/10 would book again. My last sitter moved away last minute and he came in the clutch.

Raymond did the best job caring for my kitties when I was gone for a week! We were very specific with our instructions & he absolutely delivered. I know it’s not easy getting meds to one of my skittish babies but he did awesome. Truly went above & beyond. Thank you so much, Raymond!

Ray was an absolute lifesaver when I needed someone to care for my senior cat for six days. My furry friend requires daily medications and extra attention due to their age, and Ray was incredibly reliable and attentive throughout. Not only did Ray ensure that my cat received their medications on time every day, but they also went above and beyond to make sure my pet felt comfortable and loved while I was away. I appreciated the updates Ray provided, giving me peace of mind knowing that my cat was in good hands. Ray's dedication and genuine care for animals was evident in the way he interacted with my pet. His compassionate nature and responsible approach to pet sitting truly stood out, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ray to anyone in need of a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Thank you, Ray, for your exceptional service and for taking such great care of my furry family member!

Raymond is an excellent pet sitter! He watched my dog for years when I would travel for work and vacation. He is very responsible and responsive. He actually spent more time with my dog than most sitters would, taking her on long walks and spending hours with her. Raymond would also send me video updates and photos regularly when I was away. If you need a pet sitter, then I would hire Raymond.
